I want to order more than one shirt, does this
shipping charge change?

The shipping charge remains the same for multiple
items. If you buy more than one shirt, you will only be charged for the
shipping once at the checkout.

Do you supply a tracking number?

Yes, you will receive a tracking number in an email
when the item is dispatched with the tracking details and update. If you cannot
find this email please check your spam and if it is not in there, please get in
touch and we’ll re-send the email with the tracking information.

I haven’t received an order confirmation or
shipping confirmation email?

Please check your spam email folder. If not in
there, please get in touch and we can re-send the email.

How do I return an item?

For UK and international returns please email info@volleykits.com and we’ll provide the returns address.

Once the item has arrived back to us, we will issue the refund, assuming the item is in the same condition as it arrived, with the same label, in the same packaging and has
been returned within 30 days.

We will then send an email notification when the item arrives back to us letting you know that the refund has been issued.

It can take up to 3–10 working days for the bank to deposit the money back into your
account.

descriptions are adult men’s sizes unless stated otherwise in the title and

Is there a size guide for our shirts?

Yes, we have a size guide for all of our products
on their respective product pages. Our size guides vary depending on
manufacturer. For example, a shirt made by Errea will have a different size
guide to a shirt made by Asics.

Are the product photos of the actual shirts or a
stock image?

All our product photos are of the actual shirt on
sale.

Please also read the descriptions as there is an
outline of the condition of the shirt at the bottom of the description, along
with a score out of 10.

What is the condition of the shirts?

All of our shirts are brand new and original.

How to take care/wash my Volleyball shirt?

We recommend you wash your shirts inside out, at a
low temperature. If possible, use a delicate setting to help limit the risk of damage. Additionally, please look at your shit label for further direct
instructions.

Stocked Kits:

We are working diligently to expand our range of
products and national team kits/jerseys. Please bear with us, and if there is a
specific nation’s kit you want, let us know, and we will do our best to source it. The more requests we receive for certain kits, the more likely we are to
stock them.
